The villas main house accommodation consists of two double bedrooms (1 en-suite) and one twin bedroom, second bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, dining room and a leafy conservatory, a sitting room with with satellite TV which leads on the veranda and to the swimming pool and terraces. Outside there is a shaded dining table near the pool and a barbecue. There is a separate garden suite with it's own private terrace, which can be let only in conjunction with the main house, it has one double and one twin bedroom with shared bathroom and its own sitting room and TV, and a well equipped breakfast counter. In the high season the entire house must be rented together. In the low season the main house can be let on its own. Air conditioning and central heating is installed in the whole house, remote handsets for control can be booked in advance or decided upon arrival. There is a fireplace in the main house for the winter. Logs can be supplied.

The villa is on three floors. This entails a number of stairs and railed verandas which are high and care needs to be taken with small children. The ground floor and first floor are a complete house for six people with access directly from the street by the front door or through the carport. The garden suite on the lower ground floor has its own separate entrance, but can also be accessed by an inner staircase from the conservatory on the ground floor. This staircase can be closed off when the lower floor is not in use.
